🤔 Why did you join Applied Fitness originally?

I trained for a full marathon and three weeks prior to the race I endured an injury and was no longer able to run. After recovering from my injury I had a hard time getting motivated to run or exercise. I joined AF to help me regain motivation, build strength and help increase my endurance.


🤔 What was your biggest obstacle?

My biggest obstacle was learning how to incorporate a meal plan on my night shift. It was an adjustment trying to make sure I hit my macronutrients every day. Meal planning has not being a diet, but a lifestyle change.


🤔 What is the biggest change so far?

I feel like a new person! My energy levels and confidence have increased by dropping body fat and building muscle.


🤔 What would you tell someone thinking about joining?

Don’t hesitate! Take the leap and let AF be the best 30 minutes of your day. You won’t regret it.
