There is nothing getting in her way!! Struggles came,changes happened, work, stress, pregnancy, breast feeding...and she surpasses all the excuses to give up!! 💪❤️

This week's Saturday Success Story belongs to the strong & gorgeous Holly : She was .."so scared" but took the chance to check it out. Let her explain.


"Oh boy! Where do I even start.? My journey started about 2 1/2 years ago.

I saw a fellow friend had been going to this work out and thought that I might give it a try.

I was so scared!🙄


I almost didn’t even walk in the door. I had attempted to do my own workouts and do other circuit type classes with a local gym and had lost some weight but I still knew that there was more to it!


Then, a week into the 21 day program I got into a car accident. I was rear-ended and attained some whiplash from the car accident.


I ended up taking about a month off maybe a little bit more. They kept in contact and said to me whenever you get all healed up you come back and will try the three weeks over again.

I had never been to a place where somebody was going to honor that sort of help for having a misfortune. And finally one day I said, I’m not gonna suffer like this for the rest of my life I gave them a call and told him I wanted to come back.


I want to try this three weeks all over again and let’s do this.


When I walked back in I knew I was in the right place. This was exactly where I was supposed to be exactly at the right time!


They later told me that he didn’t think he was ever going to get me back in the door after my car accident nor did he think that I was ever going to stay as long as I have!


The struggle was real, to say the least but I always had support!


The group of people brought together is something to be proud of. I have gone on trips with friends from the gym.


Fast forward over two years, I have continued to lose weight, went through pregnancy gained over 50lbs, and lost it all plus some!


I stayed working out until about 2 weeks before my beautiful baby girl came - - - with some obvious modifications, burpees being one of the first things I could no longer do!

Also, returning back by about a month post- baby because I needed it! I needed the time away but I needed ME back! The weight didn’t come off easy but it did come off! I learned a lot about nutrition for myself; all while nursing a baby, which wasn’t easy either!


I couldn’t have done it without the amazing friendships I have gained along the way!

Never in my life did I think that I would have developed the relationships I have with those at the gym! I have the accountability of those around me, along with support always pushing me to be better!
