Einstein’s secret to weight loss

Did you know you can learn how to lose weight and transform your body from Albert Einstein? 


 I’m going to show you how. 

 Einstein was one of the most influential physicists of the 20th century.  

He’s famous for many great discoveries and ideas which paved the way for the world we live in today. 


 But I want to focus on something much more straightforward… 


Insanity.      


We all have an idea of what insanity looks like. 

After today yours might change.  

 One of the most quoted definitions of insanity comes from Mr. Einstein himself.  He said, "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results."

By Einstein's definition, insanity would be squeezing a lemon and expecting orange juice. 

 Or eating the same things or doing the same exercise routine and expecting different results. 


 It would be like trying every new diet that comes out- keto, paleo, south beach, ect instead of sticking with a proven program that is guaranteed to work with some consistency and commitment.


Or quitting exercise because you’re too busy. Or trying to starve yourself to lose weight which you know won’t work. You already know my name isn’t Albert Einstein, but that’s what I would call insane! 

Especially when it comes to reaching your fitness goals. This may come as disturbing news, but if you aren’t getting the results you want and don’t DO something different about it, the problem is only going to get worse. 


You’re going to keep feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, disappointed, stressed out, and all these emotions will only make it harder to reach your goals. 

 The choice is ultimately YOURS. 

 Do you want to do something about it? 

Do you want to develop a routine that changes your life and gives you the fitness level you want OR do you want to stay the same? It’s an honest question. 


Some people exercise just so they can tell other people about it. Other people want to operate from a level of fitness that changes lives… including their family and friends.
